As you may know, we have been reviewing the upper school sports program this year and have been actively reaching out to students, faculty, coaches and parents to help us better understand how we might improve the program. To help us with the outreach we are asking all parents (at least one from each family, or more than one parent if you like) to participate in the attached online survey. The survey is designed to help us better understand what you, as a parent, feel are the most important aspects of our program. The survey is designed to take 15 to 20 minutes. You will see that there are several multiple choice type answers, as well as a few questions that include a comment section.  The survey will be available until January 22, 2010.
