Temperature!
First graders experimented with temperature.  They used thermometers to measure the exact temperature of water and then increased and decreased the temperature by adding hot water and ice.  The students were introduced to both Fahrenheit and Celsius measurements and were challenged to create a water temperature that measured exactly 30 degrees Celsius.  Congratulations to Antonia and Henry who were the first to accomplish this task!
