On Friday, June 10, 2011, East Woods School celebrated its 65th Commencement Exercises. The Reverend Peter Casparian of Christ Church in Oyster Bay gave the Invocation. Cherished English and History teacher Marcia Craden, the faculty speaker, charged the graduates with not just doing well in their future endeavors, but doing good work in their communities, as well. She said, “Make your life matter! Starting right now.” Headmaster Nathaniel W. Peirce, Ed.D. and President of the Board of Trustees, Christopher Conlon granted diplomas and prizes to the Ninth and Eighth grade graduates. Congratulations graduates!

The Ninth Grade Graduates, Class of 2011, are Samantha Antoine, Jae Young Choi, Courtney Friedman, and Jiwon Lee.
