Saturday, May 19 and Sunday May 20 11am – 5pm
The school fair on Saturday May 19th and Sunday May 20th includes games, rides, baked goods, bistro fare, outside vendors selling their wares, Spring plants, an Estate Sale...and much more. It's a fun weekend of family and friends, and an important fundraiser for the school.
The weekend would not be the same without the efforts and generosity of our wonderful East Woods families. Here are some ways you can help to make the Spring Fair a huge success.
· Buy raffle tickets, or sell them to your family and friends.
· Donate gently-used furniture, antiques & tableware to the Estate Sale.
· Buy ride bracelets in advance for your family and friends.
· Help your children sell their student chances.
· Reach out to local stores and companies about buying a journal ad.
· Pre-order your spring plants from the Garden Gazebo.
· Contribute store-bought baked goods to the Bake Sale.
· Bid on Auction items.
· Volunteer two hours of your time at the Spring Fair.
· Attend the Spring Fling Dinner Dance on Friday, May 18th.
· Bring family and friends to the Fair for a fun, memorable weekend.
