East Woods Dinner Dance & Auction and Spring Fair Weekend is a major “fundraising” and “friendraising” event for the school. Monies generated from this event support The Annual Fund which offsets the gap between the monies collected through tuition and fees and the operational expenses of the school.
The Spring Fair Weekend is designed to be a lively “friendraiser” for East Woods community members and friends. It will be held this year on Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20, 2012. Our campus grounds are transformed into a true fairground where there is something for all ages – games, rides, face painting, live band and food.
In order to make this Spring Fair successful, we need everyone’s help! There are many ways in which you can volunteer your time, resources and talent.
